THREE TYPES OF RAPE CRIMES

  • Sexual Battery – occurs when someone does not use physical force to force a victim into sexual contact (excluding penetration) against their will, but compels them to do so nonetheless. This can also include sexual contact when the victim is mentally incapable of giving consent.
